Rob Perkins
Rob Perkins, the founder of 208 Tiny Homes, lives right here in Boise with his wife and 2 young children. Rob has an extensive residential construction background in everything from large custom home builds to high-end remodels and home additions. He saw a real need in our community to help create more affordable housing and extra living space for property owners as home values skyrocketed. So, in 2023, he decided to make building ADU’s his niche. During his first year in business, Rob saw a very high demand for his services. Since then, he and his team of highly skilled trade partners have designed and built several ADU’s in many jurisdictions throughout the Treasure Valley.
